12. USAGE AND STORAGE
Vistara may set limits on usage and reserves the right to modify or delete inactive accounts.
13. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
Vistara reserves the right to change or discontinue services without prior notice.
14. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access due to policy violations or inactivity without prior notice.
15. DEALINGS WITH THIRD PARTIES
Vistara is not responsible for user interactions with third-party advertisers or services.

17. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All content and software on the Vistara platform are proprietary. Users may not reverse engineer or

24. GENERAL TERMS
These TOU are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with the courts in New Delhi. If any clause is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
25. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Users must comply with Indian IT laws and not misuse the platform for unlawful purposes. Spamming, hacking, or disruption of services will lead to suspension and potential legal action.
